Annoying Software Rogues Gallery
Number 4: JAVA
Java
Java doesn't do anything by itself. It's a programming language. Programming languages are like sewage plants: if the average user becomes aware of them, something's gone wrong.
Java doesn't know this. Java wants to be in your face. Java wants to be updated. Java wants to tell you the good news about Sun. Have you heard about Sun? Here's a nice picture of our logo. And fancy a copy of OpenOffice? No? Well, never mind. Java's installed a copy of Yahoo Toolbar in your browser instead. Because that's what programming languages are there to do, right?

Unboxing : Officeworks Whiteboard Starter Kit
First in my series of unboxing mediocre items, the newly arrived Officeworks Whiteboard Starter Kit.
1. Here we have the front, nice layout, usual Officeworks design.
2. A close up of how the cleaning fluid looks through the plastic.
3. The back.
4. A $1 coin for scale.
5. FIRST OPENING! My fingers hurt a little, but wasn't to long before I figured out how to get in there.
6. The cleaning fluid unboxed. WOW
7. The pens: Black, Red, Blue & Green. BAM
8. The eraser, with removable strips for easy cleaning.
9. One empty Whiteboard Starter Kit Box!
Any suggestions for future unboxings?
